2015年より木曜びの練習は17:30より低学年の練習としました。参加者は約20名弱。
技術練習は基本動作/技術の徹底という目的から、正面タックルとカウンターの反復練習のみ。スパーリングも少なく、体力向上を目的としたメニューも多くこなしました。
反復練習の成果は数少ないスパーリングの中でも多く発揮されました。今までアタックに行けない選手がタックルでポイントを獲るなどの場面もあり、この練習方針を継続することで力のない選手がどう伸びるか、今後が楽しみです。
次回の練習は今週土曜日です。さらなる反復練習の積み重ねが、試合の勝利を呼ぶことでしょう。そう感じた低学年の練習でした。

I'm not sure why but this weblog is loading incredibly slow for me. Is anyone else having this problem or is it a problem on my end? I'll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.
